Refund Policy

Membership Dues

No refunds will be given for membership dues. Memberships are transferable on a case-by-case basis and require a $20 transfer fee.

Meeting Registrant Cancellation

No refunds will be given for meeting registrations. Meeting registrations may be transferred to other events on a case-by-case basis.

Sponsorship Cancellation

If IE-PSHRA cancels an event, refunds may be provided, at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Cancellation by the sponsor after an event has been advertised/published will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis – refunds and transfers are subject to the approval and discretion of the Board of Directors.

Exhibitor Cancellation

If IE-PSHRA cancels an event, refunds may be provided, at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Cancellation by the exhibitor will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis – refunds and transfers are subject to the approval and discretion of the Board of Directors.
