Our Mission
The Inland Empire Chapter of the PSHRA is a public sector human resource organization that is dedicated to providing its members with opportunities for personal and professional growth through education, networking, cooperative learning, and community outreach. The Inland Empire Chapter is an affiliate of the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA) the leading public sector human resource organization in the world.
The IE-PSHRA Chapter encompasses members from the metropolitan area and region in Southern California, including cities of western Riverside County and southwestern San Bernardino County. Cities within the Chapter also include those in eastern Los Angeles County in the Pomona Valley, and/or the desert community of Palm Springs as well as its surrounding area.

With over 25 years of HR heroism under my belt (you can’t spell HERO without HR!), I've worn more hats than a protagonist in a grand adventure. From deciphering the riddles of employee disputes to sculpting the arcs of leadership development, from crafting captivating engagement narratives to navigating the perilous waters of payroll – I've conquered them all. Consider me the HR Maverick, charting courses through challenges with unmatched finesse!
