IE-PSHRA is a professional organization serving local government human resources professionals and others who support public-sector workplaces throughout the Inland Empire.

Our goal is to provide opportunities to strengthen human resources knowledge, expand professional networks, encourage collaboration across agencies, and support the continued growth of our profession. Serving on the IE-PSHRA Board is an opportunity to take that mission further.

Board members help shape valuable programs, strengthen connections among HR professionals, and create opportunities for learning and innovation. Along the way, they develop leadership skills, broaden their professional networks, and gain experience that can support their continued career growth.

We welcome professionals who want to contribute their experience, grow as leaders, support their peers, and help leave the field of human resources better than we found it.
