Who is IE-PSHRA and why should you join us? We are an organization dedicated to providing our members with opportunities for personal and professional growth through education, cooperative learning, networking and community outreach. We are the local Inland Empire Chapter of the national Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA). IE-PSHRA encompasses a large geographic area, including San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, the Pomona Valley of eastern Los Angeles County, and our Hi and Low desert communities (Victorville, Barstow, Palm Springs and surrounding areas, etc.).
